I’m Marcie New, a Doctor of Chiropractic practicing in Richfield, Minnesota. 

I am passionate about partnering with individuals who want to take ultimate responsibility for their own health, a journey which often leads to self-realization and personal transformation.

I believe human suffering is purposeful and powerful.  We’ve all been wounded, and healing from our wounds is a sacred process. Through that process, we grow into our larger selves.

When I was 22, my son Joshua was born with multiple health issues and handicaps.  In the process of finding help for him, I experienced the difference between disease care and true health care.  I was fascinated and called to develop my own healing gifts.

I embraced healing as a life-long passion and graduated with honors from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota.  I practiced with my mentor for the next four years, receiving hands-on training in advanced Applied Kinesiology, Clinical Kinesiology and structural care.

I have trained extensively, and honed my skills in the healing modalities of Nutrition,CraniosacralTherapy, Functional Endocrinology, Frequency Specific Microcurrent, andFlower Essence Therapy.

My professional life purpose is to offer you a respectful witness, an empathetic ear, an engaged heart, and the specific healing modalities you need to gain access to the inner intelligence that can heal you.

I help you take charge of your own healing journey – and understand when you need care, and to the best of my ability, provide that care, or refer you to other resources.

In my personal life, it’s the mystery – and the magic – and the laughter in life that fills and sustains me.   I’m known for my health conscious cooking – for good and for ill.  I seriously traumatized my daughter, Errin, when she was five years old by serving her and her friend chocolate cookies made with bone meal in place of flour.Not surprisingly, they had an odd odor and taste.  I couldn’t place it.  “Mom, these smell like poop and taste like dirt.”  She nailed it!  I’ll never live it down.  In spite of this, she’s gifted me with my four wonderful grandchildren; Kara, Bobby, Elaina, and Isaac, the lights of my life.  And then there’s my four-legged associate, Sam I Am, the meeter and greeter here at the office.
